DO YOU OFFER SHIPPING?
We offer shipping across Canada and continental United States. Shipping rates are standard costs set by Canada Post, they are calculated at the time of check out. You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
All orders are made to order and shipped from Calgary, AB Canada. Please allow 4 -7 business days for your order to be made just for you, processed and shipped.
We do carry stock on some of our top sellers, so if we have your item ready, it could ship within 48 hours.

PICK UP YOUR ORDER AT THE MARKET!
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY?
We offer a 10-day refund policy, upon receiving your order you have 10 days to request a return. Items that qualify for a return/exchange are defective or damaged pieces.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately. Providing pictures will be required, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
We do not accept returns/exchanges for pieces that are non-defective or undamaged.
Buyers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning the product to our studio. We will inspect your order upon arrival to ensure it is not damaged and qualifies for a refund.
Our products are all custom made, by hand.
After receiving and inspecting your return, if a refund is approved you will be automatically refunded on your original method of payment. Processing times will vary between banking institutions and credit card companies.
