WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
All orders are made to order and shipped from Calgary, AB Canada. Please allow 5-10 business days for your order to be made just for you, processed and shipped. We use Canada Post & UPS, a tracking number will be provided.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY?
We gladly accept returns & exchanges. Contact us within 7 days of delivery, item must be shipped back within 14 days of delivery. Buyer is responsible for any loss of value if the item is not returned in it's original condition. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs (prices vary depending on weight/size of package and location).
